maestro / AI Boss / Harbour Street

The stock market,
made playable.

Harbour Street is a voxel 3D simulation of the Jamaica Stock Exchange, named after the JSE's real home at 40 Harbour Street, Kingston. Open an account, take J$1,000,000 in virtual cash, and trade 49 real JSE companies through bull runs, rate decisions, tourist seasons and hurricanes. Months pass in minutes. The lessons last much longer.

Why we built it

Financial literacy you can feel

Most people meet the stock market for the first time with real money on the line. Harbour Street flips that order. Every company in the game is a real JSE-listed business, seeded with real prices, market caps and index levels. The rules are the real rules: the 15% circuit breaker, T+1 settlement, broker commission, cess and GCT on fees, dividend withholding tax. When a player loses money to a thin market or a hurricane, they lose it where losses are free, and the lesson sticks. An AI Boss project for teenagers and young adults who want to understand money before money mistakes understand them.

A real market, simulated

A factor model drives daily returns; the Bank of Jamaica policy rate, inflation, the FX rate and GDP evolve underneath. Bull and bear regimes come and go. Volatility clusters, exactly like the real thing.

News that moves prices

Quarterly earnings, BOJ rate decisions, tourism reports, takeover rumours, and the worst cases: hurricanes, global crashes, currency slides. Every headline carries a one-line lesson in plain language.

A voxel Kingston

Every company is a tower sized by its market cap. Rooftop beacons glow green or red with the day's move. Storms roll in when the simulation says so. Click a building to trade it.

Analyst tools included

Candlestick charts with moving averages, Bollinger bands and RSI. A portfolio dashboard that benchmarks you against the JSE Combined Index, because beating the market is harder than it looks.

Time is a controller

Pause to think. Fast-forward a month per second to see compounding, dividends and drawdowns play out. Long-term investing takes minutes instead of decades.

Harbour Street is an educational simulation, not financial advice. Company names and day-one prices reflect a real mid-2026 snapshot of the Jamaica Stock Exchange; simulated prices cannot predict real market moves.
